The news was released at a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between Sinopec Fuel Oil Sales Co Ltd and Zhoushan Communications Investment Group Co Ltd.
The two parties will establish a comprehensive maritime services platform to promote the high-quality development of the international maritime service industry in Zhoushan.
