2020 Global Bunker Rankings By Port and By Supplier was officially released

  At the sub forum of IPEC2021——commodity investment and Trade Promotion Month ‘development trend and response plan of the global bunker fuel market under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’, Sun Hougang, executive director of the marine fuel industry committee of China Petroleum Circulation Association, released the list of 2020 Global Bunker Rankings By Port and By Supplier.

  As representatives of Chinese ports, Hong Kong and Zhoushan port are among the top ten ship bunkering ports in the world. As leaders of China's bunker industry, China Marine Bunker(PetroChina)Co.Ltd., and Sinopec fuel oil sales Co., Ltd. are among the top ten ship bunkering enterprises in the world. Among them, since China's Zhoushan port set goals to build a Northeast Asia bonded ship bunkering center, fuel sales have increased strongly, bringing one surprise after another to the world. In 2020, the bunkering volume will reach to 4.7 million tons, rapidly ranking sixth in the world, up two places compared with 2019. According to the data released by Zhoushan Municipal, Zhoushan port will reach to 10 million tons in 2025. The ranking of Zhoushan port in the future is worthy of attention and expectation!

  It is reported that the selection was initiated and organized by the marine fuel industry committee of China Petroleum Circulation Association, cooperated with Argus and OilChem China to formulate selection methods, collect data, and invited industry experts to form a "double ten" release project team.
