Sinochem Oil (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Zhejiang Zhoushan Free Trade Zone on September 14, 2017. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Oil Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the supply fuels and other products for international ships, including the sales, blending and processing, warehousing and resource distribution of other oil products.

On June 28, 2021, the company successfully obtained the license of marine bunkering service for international ships issued by Zhejiang Free Trade Zone, marking the official entry of Sinochem into the marine bunkering service market. The company relies on the two-way support of the export resources of Quanzhou refinery and the imported resources of Sinochem overseas branch and with the supplement by export resources of other refineries in area of Zhoushan and Ningbo.

Combining with the regional advantages and policies of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone, the prospect of bunkering services business is very board.
